Issue

The chargers can overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

As of November 15, 2022, the company has received 7 reports of the unit overheating in the United States and no reports in Canada. No injuries have been reported.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and register with Hyper Product for a store credit, with proof of purchase, in the amount of the purchase price.
